We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the community's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants need to complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile before moving in.

• Dogs must not be larger than 25 lbs. or 14" shoulder to paw.
• Maximum of two pets. Only one dog is permitted per condo; two cats are allowed.
• All pets must be neutered/spayed.
• A current photo of each animal is required.
• All animals must have up-to-date veterinary verification and rabies vaccination.
• All animals must be leashed outdoors and promptly clean up and dispose of dog waste.

• $300 non-refundable pet fee at the time of move-in or when the pet arrives.
• $100 additional non-refundable fee for a 2nd pet.
• $40 per month, per pet (maximum 2 pets per residence).
