Comments: Dogs must not be larger than 25 lbs. or 14” shoulder to paw. Maximum of two pets. Only one dog is permitted per condo; two cats are allowed. All pets must be neutered/spayed. A current photo of each animal is required. All animals must have up-to-date veterinary verification and rabies vaccination. All animals must be leashed outdoors and promptly clean up and dispose of dog waste.
